Firestone Complete Auto Care

When I came to this location I had no lights on, on my dashboard. After getting a tire replaced the tire pressure sensor light is on. I returned to have the issue resolved and have been waiting over an hour so far and have watched the technician go from working on my vehicle to working on someone else's. The willingness to try and fix the issue is great, however thier ability to correct it in a timely manner is questionable at best. As this is my first time doing business with them with this experience it's more likely to be my last. I am a very patient and understanding person but not when my time is treated as less valuable than others. It's completely unacceptable for customers to watch someone go from working on your vehicle and start working on someone else's without communicating to you the holdup on completing the work on yours.

Love this place! I bring my car here for all its' maintenance. The staff is super friendly and I always feel taken care of without worrying I'm being overcharged. Mario knows both me and my car as soon as I walk in the door. He is honest and upfront about what I need without pressuring me to get unnecessary extra services. His care is obvious. I don't know if I would still come here if he left.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone location for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle in a way that’s easy to understand, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. I really appreciate how efficient and transparent they are. They keep me updated throughout the process, are honest about what needs immediate attention versus what can wait, and consistently provide excellent customer service. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this team has earned mine. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and knowledgeable service

It’s very rare I get frustrated with mechanic work because I know it takes time and I also understand new vehicles can be a pain to work on. But nearly 4 hours wait for an alignment is unacceptable. Over two almost 3 of those hours were ON THE LIFT! Incompetence today at this location has caused me to miss not one but two meetings and reservations. The tech didn’t even know how to reset the SRS light on my truck and I hope I have no issues after this visit. Again unacceptable and I’ll make sure I never come back to this hell hole town or location. And does this wheel look acceptable?

The staff at this location is incredible. They were so kind and attentive, they told me everything wrong with my vehicle and even gave me a cost breakdown so I can save up for it. This staff is amazing and should be praised for all that they do, this was the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop and I will be coming back!
